With the system, it is possible to maintain information about the tools, their location, measurement data and supplementary information with pictures, plus link tool data to product data. With CAMLINE® TOOL, the tool management is seamless. The system takes care of the cataloguing of NC tools, making it is easy to check that all the tools are in shape and available. Pre-setting of equipment for the designed tool according to catalogue settings are made and tool measurement information is automatically transferred to the machine tool. When aiming at diminishing unit costs and increasing productivity, shortening pass through times and minimizing errors are important tools.
