Utilization & Availability
The system indicates clearly the availability and utilization rate either by the machine or by the cell. By following the machine utilization rate you can see where there is valuable, unused capacity. The maintenance characteristics (MTBF, MDT) can also be seen.
CAMLINE® ADC presentation User interface & Machine status
On the top edge of the user interface there are function buttons, which enable you to monitor machine status, repair work queue, failure history and wait history plus report down times. The menu tree on the left displays which program modules are installed, in this case CAMLINE® ADC. The factories, the cells in each factory and the machines in each cell are hierarchically displayed in the menu tree.

The functions of the menus associated to each icon are:

ADC: registers, which are product, product phases, orders, jobs, job history, machine data, tools for nc program, nc programs and invalid items.

Cell: machine status, repair work queue, down time reporting, failure history, wait history and work queue.

Machine: machine status, periodical data (machine status, manufactured pieces), planned production time, repair work queue, service call, down time reporting, failure history and wait history. It is possible to start and end preventive maintenance, plus monitor work queue and create different kinds of production reports.

The picture shows the machine status of the selected machine (BW2) within the last 24 hours.
