The next generation data collection system

CAMLINE® ADC (ADC=Automated Data Collection) produces automatically right and incorruptible data about the utilisation and condition of production machines. Run times and failures are automatically registered, thus ensuring the reliability and currency of the data. The data collected can also be supplemented with manual data entry.

The more detailed production monitoring
The system enables more detailed monitoring and reporting. For example, information about the number of work pieces produced within a certain period or the time needed to produce a series or a product within in a certain period can be registered. In addition, the information about the pass through time and the number of failures within a certain period is produced.

New benefits
The CAMLINE® ADC system based on CAMLINE® ProSUITE environment is an important tool for maintenance and production planning and now also for the development of manufacturing methods. The system shows machine time and failures in a certain work piece, tool and NC program, hence pointing exactly where and when the problems occur.
