How to report a problem?
Before calling
- Check that all the cables are attached and that the plug is connected
to the socket
- Restart the computer and test if the error reoccurs
- If it is the
case of broken indexes, try creating new indexes according to the
instructions in the manual.
Detailed description about the operating environment
- Which user interface?
- The version of the application
causing the problem?
- ALL the error messages EXACTLY in the form
they were displayed.
NOTE! Call the support number next to the equipment causing the
problem.
